Nitro Dog accepts Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.

All transactions are processed via a secured server using SSL encryption.

To place an order you may:

-make selections on each webpage and submit via secured Internet
-drop us an email at barkmail@nitrodog.com.
-give us a call at (925) 962-BARK (Monday through Friday 10:00-6:00PM PST)

Every attempt will be made to deliver your order within 15 business days, depending on the product and where you are located.

Please allow plenty of additional shipping time during the Holiday Season.

Some of our products are hand crafted to order. These may take a bit longer.

The majority of products will be shipped via UPS ground. ID tags and such will be shipped via US Postal Service.

Note: If you are ordering multiple products, they may be delivered at differing times.

Rates

Shipping rates quoted are for the contiguous United States.
Most products can ship outside the United States for an additional shipping charge.
Nitro Dog will contact you about any extra charges needed.

Returns

Items can be returned in perfect condition for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Personalized items are not returnable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs on your order.
If you receive a damaged item, please call us at (925) 962 - BARK or email us at barkmail@nitrodog.com and we will be happy to replace the item.

Sales Tax

California residents will be taxed 8.25%.
No tax will be charged for out-of-state shipments.
