Skamper Industries Return Policy

Skamper-Ramp® accepts returns for product failure due to manufacturer defect. Skamper Industries will accept returns for unused/untried ramps at a 15% restock fee. They do not accept returns for used products. They do however provide excellent customer support on use of the ramp at 800-842-6543. For any returns, please contact Nitro Dog at 925-962-BARK.

Nitro Dog suggests that you read the FAQ section to insure that you know the product well prior to ordering.

They offer a two-year manufacturers warranty against product defect. This is why they ask you to complete the warranty card that comes with your ramp!

If, however, your product arrives and is missing any of the listed parts, this is an oversight by their packaging facility. Please contact Nitro Dog immediately and the missing parts will be mailed to you at no charge via USPS First Class.

If your ramp fails or breaks, please contact Nitro Dog to receive return instructions and they will get you a RMA number. You are responsible for shipping charges back to Skamper Industries for inspection. Skamper Industries will inspect the product and notify Nitro Dog if the return qualifies as a warranty/product defect return. If the ramp has, in fact, failed due to manufacturer defect, a new ramp will be sent to you at no charge.
